Privacy Policy

WHO WE ARE

Blue Print Gallery operates the websites blueprintstore.com, blueprint-gallery.com, and blueprint-interiors.com. This policy explains what information we collect through these websites, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

INFORMATION YOU GIVE US

CONTACT AND INQUIRY FORMS

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and message. We also record your IP address and the time of submission. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. Form submissions are stored in our website database and are also delivered to us by email.

MAILING LIST

If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your name and email address so that we can send you news about exhibitions, artists, and events. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time using the contact details at the end of this policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

ANALYTICS

We use two analytics services to understand how visitors find and use our site.

Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, records information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site or search that referred you, and general details about your device and browser. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic Inc., records page views and referrers. Automattic’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/.

We use these services to see which exhibitions and artists draw interest. We do not use them to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell the information they collect.

SPAM PREVENTION AND SITE SECURITY

To keep our forms from being abused, submissions are checked by Akismet and by Cloudflare Turnstile. These services receive information about your submission, which may include your IP address, browser details, and the contents of the form, in order to determine whether it is automated. Akismet is operated by Automattic Inc. Cloudflare Turnstile is operated by Cloudflare, Inc., whose privacy policy is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

We also use Jetpack Protect, which reviews login attempts against a list of known malicious addresses in order to block automated attacks.

FONTS

Our site loads typefaces and icons from Adobe Fonts, Google Fonts, and Font Awesome. Your browser requests these files directly from those providers, which means each of them receives your IP address and basic details about your browser. Their privacy policies are available at https://www.adobe.com/privacy/policy.html, https://policies.google.com/privacy, and https://fontawesome.com/privacy.

COOKIES

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our site uses them for the following purposes.

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics to distinguish one visitor from another and to measure how the site is used. These are only placed if you consent to them.

A preference cookie records that you have dismissed our mailing list popup, so that it does not reappear on every page.

A consent cookie records your choices about cookies, so that we do not ask you again on each visit.

If you log in as a site administrator, WordPress sets cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your screen preferences. These apply only to staff accounts, not to visitors.

You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time using the cookie settings link on our site, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to maintain a record of our dealings with you. Mailing list records are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics information is kept according to the retention periods set by Google and Automattic.

WHERE WE SEND YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described in this policy, who process it on our behalf, and only where we are required to disclose it by law. Some of these providers are located in the United States and may process information in other countries.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing email. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.

SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

Because we are committed to your privacy, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to attempt to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the personal information we collect online. When you place an order or access your personal information on this Website, we offer the use of a secure server. However, please remember that no transmission of data over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us or from us, and you do so at your own risk.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Your payment and personal information is safe. Our website uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. It is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read over the internet.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
